The Islamic State mujaheddin publicly executed four men whom they alleged were planting IEDs meant to target ISIS. In the video, the victims are referred to as Kuffars – the Arabic word for apostates.
The execution was carried out with gunshots to the back of the heads fired at point blank range. The video also contains what is made to look like confessions by the condemned.
